ALBUM LAUNCH AND CHRISTMAS CONCERTS

performances when Mylene comes back this Christmas. We will be
sending out emailers for these performances soon. But just a quick
peek:

Dec 22 (Fri), 9:15pm, Timbre (Substation Garden) – “WoW’s Official CD
Launch” (music from 10.15pm – 1am)

Dec 23 (Sat), 7:00-8:00pm, Tong Building (Orchard Road, outdoor stage)
– “Celebrate Christmas in Singapore” with special guests Catherine Ong
and Eunice Shum.

Dec 24 (Sun) 10am, Hope Sanctuary Christmas service at The Pines on
Stevens Road.

Dec 24 (Sun), 10pm Covenant Evangelical Free Church (10 Jelapang Road)
– “Christmas Countdown”

Please book your calendars for the Walking on Water launch at Timbre
(www.timbre.com.sg) on Dec 22nd. It will be a great time of enjoying
Christmas songs and WoW’s diverse repertoire as the band re-unites.
Timbre is a pleasant open-air bistro bar, the perfect venue for

Hello Friends!

Dear Friends of Walking on Water,

Here’s news of what we’ve been up to these past few months with the
production of our debut CD, “Into Our Faith”.

PROJECT “INTO OUR FAITH”
=======================

After the successful live recording of our August 5 concert at the UCC
Theatre, the last 3 months were filled with:
- Audio production including going to Sydney for the final mastering
process of the CD.
- Performing at Wesley Missions Church, Sydney Australia on 19th Nov.
- Photo- and video-shoots
- Working with professional designers on our CD packaging and new website

It gives us great pleasure to announce that our CD is into the last
stretch of production! This week, we sent our labour-of-love to be
pressed, printed and packaged. We will have the CD’s ready for sale
on our soft-launch date, around Dec 12.

We’ve attached a montage of songs taken from “Into Our Faith” as a
preview to the album. Please note that the songs in this montage were
saved at 64kbps, a low quality in order to compress the file size for
the ease of emaling.

For those of you who have pre-ordered CD’s, we will send them to you
hot-off-the-press!

If you have not have not yet placed an order, or would like to
purchase more, we would highly encourage you to take advantage of our
Pre-order rate. There are three great reasons to pre-order:

Before service started, the church office manager and I counted exactly 30 copies of our CD and displayed them on the reception table. A little later, before worship started, my friend came and counted there were 27 CD’s, because 3 had been sold.
At the end of the service, the office manager & Christine were selling CD’s. I only emerged from the church after all, but one, of the CD’s were sold. The office manager clarified with me that I didn’t add CD’s to the 30 that were displayed; I replied that I didn’t add any. She was utterly flabergasted, because the money collected for the CD’s (sold at $12) was more than double of what should have been received. We had money for 61 CD’s!!!
Immediately I felt in my spirit that a multiplication miracle had occurred. Because the office manager is very good at collecting money and keeping records; and she was sure that everyone got their change. She said that she just kept passing out CD’s and collecting money. The amazing thing is that the sale stopped at 61 copies!

Last week I met WoW’s intercessor, who asked me to read Isaiah 61. I’ve always known v. 1-3 and peripherally known the rest of the chapter. But after reading it again last night and this morning… I realised so many promises for WoW that were contained in this chapter. Two weeks ago, some friends brought me a prophetic word. God reminded me that the robe of righteousness that we’re wearing, cannot be taken away from us, this verse is confirmed in Isaiah 61:10.
We collected 500 CD’s on Friday, packed them all and mailed and delivered most of them to all our pre-orders. And at our churches yesterday, we sold all the remaining CD’s. I see the Lord’s hand in all these things. Tuesday we will receive many more copies from the printer and I believe the Lord will continue to surprise us, as He did yesterday. I don’t always know why He chooses us and why He does things the way He does. But God is good indeed! He is worthy of all our praise!

WOW updates!

Hi Everyone, Walking on Water just returned from a very rich trip in Sydney, Australia. We finished our mastering for the CD — which is the last process of the CD recording. We are now finalising the CD artwork and look foreward to releasing the CD for a soft online launch in the first week of December. We are planning an official CD launch party and will keep you updated once that is confirmed. Please also mark your diaries for: Saturday, Dec 23 7pm Outside Tong Building (between Lucky Plaza & Paragon) Walking on Water will be part of the Celebrate Christmas in Singapore festivities on Orchard Road!
